The total amount of advance purchases for Prabhas’ Kalki 2898 AD in North America had surpassed $3 million.
In North America, the advance sales of Prabhas’ “Kalki 2898 AD” had surpassed $3.2 million, with $2.5 million coming from its premiere. On June 27, the movie, which stars Amitabh Bachchan, Kamal Haasan, Prabhas, Deepika Padukone, and Disha Patani, will be released. It wants to break “RRR’s” first-day sales record.
Only three days remain until the release of Nag Ashwin’s futuristic mythological sci-fi film Kalki 2898 AD. After the success of movies like the Bahubali series, KGF franchise, Jawan, Animal, etc., this film is expected to break box office records in North America, which is one of the largest markets for Indian films outside of India.
The global premiere of Kalki 2898 AD is scheduled for June 27th, with prereleases beginning on June 26th.
With Dulquer Salmaan, Mrunal Thakur, Malvika Mohannan, and Prabhas in supporting parts, and a few others perhaps making cameos, the film stars Amitabh Bachchan, Kamal Haasan, Prabhas, Deepika Padukone, and Disha Patani.
To date, the movie’s North American advance sales have brought in over US$3.2 million. The first shows in the USA and Canada contributed US$2.5 million to the collection, with the USA leading the way with over US$2.3 million from the sale of about 76,000 tickets at over 940 theater sites.
When the movie’s advance sales finally began in India, too, the response was overwhelming. Telugu and Hindi were the most popular languages among those who purchased tickets for the movie on its first day of release across the nation, which took place in less than a day.
